But in all seriousness, A room like this would be nice. But sadly, what your suggesting, would also leave out people who don't beg or whine for fame who are not Beta or lower, and leave them with the whiners, as you would say. I support this idea, but it won't go in my favor.

I got a great idea:

Make 3 separate Locations:

Beta: Beta Villa (Beta Badge Required)
Gamma: Gamma Villa (Gamma Badge Required)
Delta: Delta Villa (Delta Badge Required)

All 3 could be different for the 3 different phases of the game. All it would be is a place to hang out with vend bots maybe some npc's nothing special and the villas could be decorated with armors and weapons like founder for beta, Bunnyborg for gamma, Delta destroyers for Delta. And these Villas could also be purchased for CREDITS but the badge is not required. I like this idea this would let all the players be separate and like have fun and stuff.

What about a world 8 only available/visible to level 30+ (and ban the word f4f, sorry Shari :P). Then we don't get the low levels spamming us, and we don't get high levels spamming us, and we can all have fun.

Well i just wanted to say it's a good idea, but i don't have beta badge on the acc i mainly play on.
My old acc got hacked and he had the beta badge so i really don't know what to say.

Like the idea of 30+ a good reachable place is Hank's shop u know where the shadow guard is. How about making him lvl 30 at least I would have him lvl 32 and u have to beat him to get to the next room? The door could also have a 30+ requirment but most low lvls and noobs won't be able to beat the lvl 32 npc even if ther lvl 27,28,29,30,31,32,33. Agree also with the idea of ban the word fame f4f in that room. No badge required also. To add I do think that the beta players are getting a little bit too attached to those good times that are not going to come back, we understand that from what we heard and what u wont let us forget that the beta times wer great. Im just stating my view no need to start flaming or whatever.

possibly... make the entrance to the level 30+ place near the lawman.. since the first part is for level 15 plus.... how bout that elevator next to the lawman for level 30 plus

^Didnt think about that place and the devs wont have to change the npc lvl or the npc itself. I still like the idea of us fighting the lawman and getting maybe a "Stolen Passkey" to get in. Maybe then u wouldnt need a lvl requiment? So what do u think? Also shouldnt the till be changed to "Ideas for a New Hangout possibly at World 8"? BTW I found a broken elevator at the workshop the NPC(Ulysses) lvl 30.

 who cares about world 8 honestly I don't remember any good things there. alot of major hacks , bans ,scams. people who just Aim for you to get ban. Infact I hate oz alot of my in game friends don't go to oz anymore. Alot of gossip and flaming. gamma I think is alot worst. Alot of disrespectful players alot of so call mature people just treat people with disrespect. I find word kids like talking down to you. I just find rude so long story short I don't think right act like were better then others. Its basically degrading new players like founders all of again.

^ I hate that, especially when a lvl 33 var player gets a 26 prtnr in 2v2 and the lvl 33 talks down to the 26. Also I think but maybe not we have left the discussion of world 8 and moved on to a discussion about a new room to hang out and get away from all the newbs and noobs.

A world is just a world, world 7 is no different to world 8. The only difference is the people in that world that made it unique. There were none of the fame beggars that the majority of the beta community dislikes, there were many 'famous' players and there were great and friendly conversations.

A lot of say we hate the fame feature, yet we still choose to embrace it. What makes the forum fame exchange different from those players trying to exchange fame at oz world 7? They are both intended for the player to receive more fame...I don't think you should segregate the members of this community just based on a stereotypical point of view. It has happened in the real world, and it hasn't worked. All humans are equal, beta testers are not better than gamma testers. Whites aren't better than blacks. I hope you get my point and consider this, do we miss the players, or the world?

 I highly agree with this, even know my beta account was hacked XD!!!!!!!!!!!! I only have the gamma tester account created. But at least my original friends can escape this F4F crap XD

Nice point T.600 (0_o didn't realize it was u who posted, all these avatar pic changes :/ ). Its just sometimes nice to get away from the fame nonsence but I do admit as I think many do too that they asked for fame or atleast agreed to participate in f4f to get the 100 badge and/or to help that person out after all its only a click away. An area like another room not nesesarrily a world would help you clear ur head from all that begging/asking.

Why only beta players? That is not fair.
I'm sure there are some gamma players that are good too
And the devs are focusing on the lag issue. They won't have
time for that.

World 8 ws great indeed, there were always tons of people there. I remenber going there once when I was a newb and actually believed that worlds had different weapons in each shop (sigh -____-) and seeing a ton of people at Oz .
So I became going there everyday, and made a couple friends , who still log in every once in a while.
It wold be awesome for us to have world 8 back , however , I don't agree about requirements in a area , unless it is a level requirement. I don't think it's fair for a person to be stuck with newbies just because he didn't come in time to grab the Beta badge. That badge is not anything more than a bragging source.
No one in ED is better then anyone so let's leave it all as it is right now, and enjoy the game , shall we ( ;
