Effects:

Rate of lucky strikes is increased to 20% and stat bonuses from Lucky strikes are reduced by a half. (For Example: Regular attacks receive Luck/2 stat bonus to damage on lucky strikes, with Blue cap they will receive Luck/4 instead)

Cost: 0 SP

DESCRIPTION
This cap cools your Lucky Strikes, reducing the damage from LUK in half - but the calm it encourages allows you to perform them twice as often!
