Hi everyone! :D

I'm the new ArchKnight for MQ Guides and I'm really excited to be working here. And for all of those who don't know what this is, well, this is a Meet the ArchKnight (MtAK) thread, where you can ask me a bunch of questions to get to me know a bit better. This is also an opportunity for me to use my pretty pink editing color!

Just a few things to remember:

  • Remember to follow the Universal Rules;
  • No personal questions (I'll either not answer these or not give you a proper answer);
  • Limit yourself to 1 post per page and 20 questions per post;

    I'll leave the thread open for a week. Well, ask away! (:

    Yup. Hopefully it'll get more active and get a lot of guides. That'd be nice.

    How long have you been playing MQ, or any AE game in particular?
    I started off with AQ around the middle of 2005 and I started MQ when it started, so 2007.

    Do you have pets IRL?
    No, but I used to have a German Shepard when I was younger. I've moved around quite a bit, so it became hard to have pets.

    Char ID?
    Secret. :o

    What do you builds prefer to use? Damage, healing, nerfing, or cheese?
    Definitely damage, seeing the big numbers on the screen is lot more fun :D.

    Does this count as a question?
    Only if this counts as an answer.

    Is this question in Italics?
    As much as my favorite color is blue. :P

    the mistake:
    one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten
    I hate these things. I always overthink things and miss the always obvious answer. Ten is the only two digit number and the only one not followed by a comma, but my intuition says that I'm wrong and that it is, indeed, something really obvious. :P

    I do watch anime! In fact, I just recently finished my 200th one! My favorite anime is probably Ouran High School Host Club, although I watch all sorts of stuff.

    I read manga too, although I don't think I have a favorite. I also haven't read much lately...

    Curiously enough, my first AK anniversary will be next year! (I was originally AK'ed on February 29 2008...)

    I'm curious...which board(s) did you once AK? :3
    I started off in AQ Equipment Comparison and Battle Strategy, although I eventually covered AQ Guides as well.

    I don't post much, but I lurk a lot, so that might be why you don't recognize me.

    Did you have an old username which is why I can't remember you now?
    I do, but I doubt that it'd make you remember me. :o

    Do you remember who I am? If so, then I'm REALLY sorry I can't say the same for you. XD
    I believe I've seen you around, though I don't think we've ever talked. :o

    What do you intend to do for this section?
    Keep it clean and try to improve the quality of the guides. Unfortunately there's not much I can do about the activity. :(

    Tigers! Although this was a hard question. D:

    Hot days or cold days?
    Definitely cold days, I can't withstand the heat very well. ;-;

    Favourite aspect of MQ?
    Well, for one thing, the mechs (simply not enough mech RPGs out there ;o). Although I also like the fact that your protagonist in MQ just feels more special than your character in AQ or DF (I mean, your character is simply insignificant next to NPCs like Warlic for example).

    Own a video game console?
    I have a PS3 and a PSP, though I also play some games on my computer.

    And last one, favourite film you have watched in the past 6 months?
    I can't really recall having watched any film in the past 6 months worth mentioning... :(

    Fruit and/or Cookies?
    As much as I love cookies, fruits are both tasty and healthy, so I'll pick fruits. Apples and strawberries are my favorites. :)
    What will you do to improve MQ (if any) and/or any MQ Mechas that you like?
    I'll try my best to make MQ guides clean and organized, but there's not much else I can do for MQ. ;-; Also, there are a lot of mechas in MQ, I don't think that I have a favorite. D:
