Gold, there are two boards, one achievement. It's that simple.
The most wanted person at the end of the day wins the achievement. Period.

 I think it's if you're on the top of either. The daily winning alignment does not matter. If you are on the top of either board, you will get the cheevo.

World Domination would not affect the war. It is a separate system, so war kills won't affect it. It also won't reset daily, since I need to know who's winning over the entire length of the war.

which is gonna suck because the WD system was more fair before.

if u ask me, war kills should give u influence to help u get higher on the boards. but not decide the outcome of the war itself.

of course the influence gained would be the same as the amount of varium spent.
1000 varium on war kills = 1000 influence.
daily war kill baords wouldn't be affected btw.

I'm With You Fay. If This Cheevo Involves Doing Like 500+ Kills In A Day, Similar To Solo Daily...I'm Out As Well, LOL.

But We'll See How It Works Out. I'd Hate To See Yet Another Cheevo That Encourages Dummying.

I'd Love To See War Kills At Least Play A Part In These Leaderboards, Somehow. Since It's WD, And Alignment Based.

 The most wanted players on each side will find themselves on those boards. You can't go around messing with the Legion (or Exiles for that matter) without finding yourself in hot water! Watch out. :3

@frogbones: Major balance updates will probably have to wait until after the Winter event, given grand scale of these releases. I will try and squeeze in some quick skill adjustments in the meanwhile though.

I still think that it would be better if the faction just needed to kill a certain amount of yetis (or whatever you have to go for the mission) in order to get the achievement instead of forcing people to play all day to stay on the boards.

E.G: Faction kills 2k yetis and you get the achievement or something like that? Frost weapons do more damage on the enemy to make it quicker for those who have Frost weps.

i can only imagine how many WDs some factions would have if the old system was still in place.
WD is a great boost and all but theres no way i could beat a legion faction to the first spot because its 2 different boards.
while the winner is probably decided by a lvl 12 who wasted his money on war kills and probably has no idea how the system works in the first place.

 @Buffy and Gold- we wanted this to be more about fighting for the alignment itself than a faction. All Legion factions are answering to Alydriah and Commander Boothe, all Exile factions are answering to Hank and Valestra. We also wanted it to be about actually playing the game, rather than throwing money at an alignment, as well as giving non-variums a chance. This would involve completing alignment-specific tasks, rather than just getting 500+ wins a day, so anyone can get it! It wouldn't encourage dummying, or involve spending a whole lot of money.

The most important part of this is dedication to affecting the story- the winning alignment determines the world's events for part II and beyond. YOU are responsible for what happens.

The Most Wanted cheevo will be awarded to the person at the top of the Most Wanted boards- the Legion Most Wanted and Exile Most Wanted. Both will get the achievement, regardless of which alignment wins the overall war.

Ho ho ho. Frostbane is permanently rare. I'm glad I got it when I could . I'm liking this so far. Hopefully, there won't be any delays and this time, the weapons will come out.

Thanks For Taking The Time To Explain It More Cindy.

It Sounds Alot Better Since It's Based On Alignment Specific "Missions" And Is Linked To The Storyline.

Sounds Fun And I'm Glad It Won't Be Based On Varium War Kills Or Potential Dummying Players.

We Have Enough Leaderboards That Are Compromised That Way.

I'm Sure Non Variums Will Be Thrilled To Have A Chance To Be Included On A Leaderboard, As They Are Usually Shut Out Of Many Of Them.

I'm Looking Forward To The New Changes.

Well, since now all is clear, I'm satisfied a lot! Too bad balance changes won't take places until winter's event.
