So after playing this game since the merge, I've seen the good and the bad when it comes to gameplay and sportsmanship. Here are my observations: 1) In most cases, saying "gg" is advisable and considered to be good sportsmanship. 2) If you boost against your opponent, despite having an inherent and significant advantage (such as being a higher level or being a Varium player fighting a non Varium player), and therefore win the battle, it is not a good game and the term "gg" should not be used. 3) Saying "gg" in the situation above makes the person both rude and naive. Stay away from it as much as possible. 4) Begging for Fame (especially in at Oz 6) generally just serves to annoy people. Unless you are good friends with that person, avoid Fame begging. 5) In 2v2, when someone's partner leaves (and you're on the other team), it's rude to go defensive at that point (i.e., switching Hybrid Armor, boosting, or using Technician, Reflex, or Matrix). In a 2v1, delaying the inevitable is rude. 6) If you need a good role model, hang around Oz World 6 and look for JZaanu or FayBee. Observe their interactions with other players. Emulate if you can. 7) Familiarize yourself with the image of Founder Armor in the Epic Duel Wiki (epicduelwiki.com) so you can compliment players who still wear it. 8) If someone agrees to help you in a 2v1 Boss battle, be nice and thank them---no matter whether you win or lose. 9) If you ask for Build help and someone agrees, be patient; don't just expect the exact stats and an instant KO build. 10) If you ask for build help and someone tries to explain how to make a build, rather than just giving you your stats, understand that they're doing you a favor by increasing your ED knowledge base. 11) *Added due to majority's input*: Don't call people names, eveniftheyareatacmercanddeserveit especially the word "noob." Feel free to add your own!
