Nerf on static charge

im going to have invest static charge to 9 or 10

have to reduce shadow art down to 2 or 3

Edit:I gain more mp then i suppose to.There a bug, the static show 38% but i gain same as before theyre nerf

Yep theyre been nerf down to 44% at level 10
LEVEL 1: 22%
Level 2:25%
Level 3:28%
Level 4:31%
LEvel 5:34%
Level 6:36%
LEvel 7:38%
Level 8:40%
Level 9:42%
Level 10:44%

I'd like to clarify that static charge still regains the same amount of mana despite the % nerfed. I believe it was an error when it said 55% because I noticed that when I use it with a total of 50 primary damage at avergae, I would often recover 22-24 mana instead of 26-28 mana and even today I still recover the same amount of mana so it just means it was a mistake putting 55% on static charge and corrected it to 44% .

I recovered 18 before the nerf, I still recover 18 after the nerf.

^ Yeah because they advertised it as ignoring 100% yet it was ignoring 80%.

I brought this up in Q&A and got ignored. What I did get was some crazy calculation not posted anywhere which eventually ended up meaning it ignored 80% instead of 100%.

Just happy it was fixed. Coulda said something about it though. Once again poor communication between the staff and the consumer.

~ 1/10 on communication

Probably send them into 2v2 like missfuryanna.

missfuryanna admitted to dummying and is extremely lucky I wasn't recording btw don't care if I get warned or whatever for accusing a player.

The kid has been dummying the past few days I've been seeing her and needs to be looked in to. Forget her mains account name but she's the dummy.

I haven't read any of this thread yet, I am in too much of a hurry to say thank yoiu to the devs for the best update ever!!! Finally, after all this time, NO MORE DUMMIERS AND CHEATERS!!!! Thank god it's over, this has been so long overdue and I thank anyone who had a part in making it happen! :)(: Weapons are awesome too and I love the new Frysteland, long live the reign of Legion!

It's not a nerf. There was a hidden 80%. I reported this bug as soon as I turned CH--the reason I noticed this was because I centered my build on getting a certain amount of energy and sometimes the amount I recovered was below it.

Here see my report and the reply from Ashari: My Static Charge Bug Report. I suggested that they put the actual %s to avoid confusion and it looks like they did.

I think what the Legion did was pretty mean .

They put the Krampuses in like Gas Chambers and turned those cute Yetis into those Horrid Frost Reapers.

Can any mod please reply? I cannot.login, simply because I saved my house as the starting location. I cannot play the game at all, my credit/token-earning has been severely disrupted.

 @drinde Did you miss the fact that they had to implement several new missions and redo artwork for the defeated NPCs? Also, the fact that they had to remove all of the war features from the game as well and draw and code 2 new NPCs?

Where the Exile reactor core used to be. There's a mission for you to defeat it. It's relatively easy to beat :S


In all this update was awesome!

Betraying Boothe
was certainly a surprise though. Too bad neither side got weapons as war rewards...though I suppose the missions and storyline were great rewards in themselves.
