If you say one thing and act in an opposite way, will the words be ignored and just the actions remembered? I don't think so. It is important to have your words match your actions. It is also equally important to use words to show appreciation, love, approval and happiness and then follow those words with a hug, pat on the back or smile. There is the impact. The action reinforces the words

Very Last Last Question Ever in this post. How did you become a ED game tester? did you get asked, or ask (kindly)?
I became an ED tester because I already helped AE partially with PTRO (I found like 100 bugs [no lie] in PTRO in one night), I was also an active forumer who supported the team and gave good feedback, the end game of my reasons was so that I could help improve EpicDuel in any way I could have. I got asked :)

Congrats again friend, must feel good to be trusted by the team so much.
It feels great, especially because everyone is so nice, I can genuinely say it is always a pleasure to go online and be able to work with them.
