You need to specify what type of plasma. There are MANY different variations of plasma for different gasses, and then there's blood plasma, as well...

*Clown the Jester's Ice Cream truck skids down the street towards Skarecrow. The large truck suddenly turns sharply onto the side walk causing the pedestrians to dive out of his car's way. The Ice Cream truck suddenly makes a hard right and flips onto it's back, bouncing and rolling towards Skarecrow until the car falls back on it's wheels.*

*From inside a pair of hands throws a dozen large crates out from the back of the Ice Cream truck and the crates land around Skarecrow.*
