Mercs won't be, Armor is if it keeps +6 Res AND Def.
Like hell no - Lvl 34 Armors have +9 Res OR Def and you're talking about just -3 less and adding +6 on the other one, one Armor to rule them all.. Just please people, don't say Mercs will be OP after that Armor comes out as I'll literally lose all hope. Just hope Armor is somewhat balanced..

It WILL make mercs OP. running around with +12 on res and def. their tanks build are tanky enough. 3/4 of the merc population have HA maxed. Plus a decent adrenaline and your damage output doesn't need much for rage

Count me in, I'm. If mercenaries become OP I will go to target and buy zeoth an AE upgrade card. If not I get one. I am serious.

Add HA to zman's post, then it's +1 difference as HA has total of +12 points instead of +11. Same thing.
And Mercs are weak enough, in 1v1 this Adrenaline will do nothing but small advantage. In 2v2, it's more useful.

PS. How many Mercs are there at top Level that can compete against likes of CH or BM? Exactly.

So basicbally basically, Titan (Rabble and I would think Nightwraith too would code some of the armour) and friends venturing into new territory with items, promoting diversity even further by really stretching the functionality of armours as Hybrid Armour does right now. This is great excitement, maybe armours will be able to be interchanged between elements in the future!

+6, +6.
Really, +6 +6 is pretty nice. I mean now mercs running around with +12/18 +18/12, that's...interesting. But we'll wait and see how many people buy the Delta Knight. I have literally only seen in 4% of my battles against level 34s, I faced a Merc. And all those times I won. (EMP first turn GG)

Mercs wont be op with this armour, mainly because most mercs are non varium players if you havent noticed. and even if some mercs do get it it still wont make them op, so say they have bunnyborg p thats 29-34+9+6 ill add them to the 34 so thats 49 defense all up right?, but if they buy delta knight they will most likely have this 19-24+6+6+1/-1 defense. 19-24 resistace+6+6+1/-1 its pretty much what alot of players have but they would have +9 in one spot and the other one really high without anything else. so if mercs buy this they would then possibly be able to have more builds and wouldnt be op.
