I think there is no 'best' class but there are great strategies you can use to your advantage.
Since Tlm has 2 passives and no strong skills like fireball or plasma bolt, you can use it your advantage by tanking and doing low to decent damage stalling health and looping, for quicker rages and longer fights. (Also best for juggernaut)
BM is one of the most offensive classes or probably is. High health and high damage can lead to easy health gain with bloodlust.
(In this case amazing for 1 v1's.)
CH is a very well rounded class in my opinion good for 1 v1 and 2 v2. With cyber you can try a variety of builds from tank, 5 focus, or high strength high dex massacre builds.
Tech Mage, in my opinion is my favorite because you can try so much creative builds from caster to heal-looping. In this case it is amazing for 1 v1 and 2 v2 and you can have alot of fun! (I won daily 1 v1 and 2 v2 with this class)
Bounties, are pretty tricky. Iv'e never tried being a bounty or see such OP builds but I think this class is great for 1 v1's and strength/support builds.
Mercenaries, wow this class is very sweet. It is one of the best classes for 2 v2 and with mineral armor and an energy armor, you can tear apart str builds, only with high dex and good intimidation for your advantage.
