@Mega Which is why I said speed luck and dexterity pretty much everything else might be useless. Unless nulgath comes up with some witty thinking.

Yeah, what Beck said. Lets not discuss or speculate about stats or Artifacts since we don't really know how it will work out on OS since it is a card game. Not like any other AE game that is pure RPG or MMORPG with different class/mecha skills.

Edit: Dexterity work out like energy ren/cap on OS. I believe thats what Artifacts will really does when it comes to increase energy ren/cap. For speed, i am not really sure. For luck, it will probably only work on initiative so i think luck is the only stats that can work.

@Mega Speed can work in tag battles, and initiative, and if they do implement evasion then dexterity can come in handy.
EDIT: Speculation doesn't hurt, besides we're all mature here and I can acknowledge all your ideas :]

Nulgath pretty much confirmed that sellback feautures and unlockable content will be release this week so we will be looking forward to it. For new characters, that is the thing but i believe that it will be Orc Chieftain, Leona, Taro, Ogre female.

Imagine, tell me how it work and i can try to grasp it and then i will be able to agree your point. Tell me how will speed and dexterity work out in single/tag battle?

Asuka. Not much really. Thought about leveling up HH but with no real goals I get bored. It's the same in AQW: yeah, it would be NICE to get a Rep to level 10 so I can get a class, but I get bored of farmng after a short time. And such is the case here. So in essense: waiting for release.

Trying to ignore the fact that a release is coming so I can do other, more important stuff. Tricking one's own mind is quite difficult.

So yeah, Stats! I just don't want them to distract from the card-based battle system too much. The major problems are the Attack and Defense stats. I hope they never get implemented, or if they are, it is kept very basic, because when I use a 5-shield, I would like to do 5 Shield. Not 2.4 Shield.

@Mega Speed can work like in pokemon with tag battles and who goes first. If you switch out your char that can count as 1 turn but if your speed investment is high you can go another turn. And again with the evasion and dexterity. With speed involved, you would have to make predictions on what your opponent might do next and play your cards by your predictions. Just some thoughts :I

Exactly my point for Attack and Defense stats including for end and dex. The only stat i think that can be implemented is luck.

And again it's down to me to point out what planeed stats will affect according to the last DN we had that mentined them:

That's weird I thought levels determine HP, blocking should be covered by shield cards, and idk about damage. Haha the only thing I see that could work is initiative and critical strikes. :s

So far, we've got half of 1/5, since we can't customize our decks yet.
Yikes. Who else has a feeling that in 6 months, Oversoul combat will become unrecognizable?

Speed = raises your % to start

Dex = Raises % for you to block an attack

Luck = Small raise in % for all other skills and raises % for crit strike

END = Raises HP

INT = Raises Energy Gain/Energy Cap

WIZ = Raises Energy Gain/Energy Cap.

I wonder how will our characters deal critical damage. I think only cards can do such damage but wouldn't that be wierd in some way.

The PvP right now is very predictable. For example, we know no one (besides Dmage the Mod) can have more than 53HP. And everyone will always only be able to charge to 20, with max 5 charge per turn. And All cards do exactly the amount of damage/shield they say. Also, if you want, you can easily find out what cards are in your opponent's deck.
These certainties will not exists in a few months.

Critical will be double the dmg, (usually a crit = 200% normal attack dmg)so using a 5 dmg card would make you deal 10 dmg with a crit instead of 5.

OS combat will change my friends. For the better or for the worse, none can say. But I reckon for the better.
