Water is good, it's just the decks of the best characters that sucks. Water does not need a nuke to work, it is supposed to be a constant flow of medium level damage and heal cards that are very cost efficient. The problem as it is right now is that they have some problems in their overall deck. If we take Quaztk as an example: He is a master, but he has way too many 2 attack cards (4/15), two or three of these should be made into water rapid to better match the water theme. Another problem is that he only has one shield card in his deck, while having two refreshes which require you to use shield cards to activate. It's like having only one attack card in a deck, but having two empowers. Also, refresh is an issue in itself. if it had worked correctly, it would give you 300 health at the cost of 5 energy and having to use it on a shield card. The energy cost is way too high and should be lowered to 1 or be free, making it a heal version of empower. However, it is bugged right now, so if you get the bright idea that you should use it now, you will end up using the 5 energy + the cost of the shield for the effect. The catch is that the shield card will be discarded, but not used, the result being a card that heals 300 health at the cost of 8 energy. In theory, water is a good element that could work well against most opponents in long dragged fights, but it is hindered by its own deck setup and refresh. i would bet that if you replace refreshes with shields and some of the 2-attacks with water rapids on Quaztk, he would be a very good character.
