My biggest pain ever is trying to level Skexis before the XP ammounts were raised. I think I got to level 2 or 3 but that was probably the same time it takes to get one to 20 with no X-boosts.

@daichi: Can't wait to see you battle it out in the light tourney. :D

As always I will be the loyal spectator! I will never participate but I will be the #1 fan. :)

Wouldn't the Water Fairy be far more tedious? That is jammed with heals, pierces, and 200 attacks. =s

@Skurge : Not any more since Water CC came out, can load it up on attack cards or even a Power Flow or 2.

...Am I the only guy who can't stand leveling? I have 20 lifetime Xboosts, and the only level 20 I have ever had was Darkon before it became DD. I can't stand it, dispite wanting stuff like Seraphim and Taurus. Monk is the closest I have ever got, being level 17.

@megakyle I leveled most of my Pyre Witch to level 20 w/o any boosts, and then I got one when I was a level 18, so it probably took over 500 battles. Additionally, I have a level 17(nearly 18)Lich and level 15(nearly 16) Father Hour, but for those I had more than two x-boosts so it was a lot easier.

Father Hour was a nightmare to level. I'm hoping sooner or later they add an increased EXP system when you fight different ranks.

Am i the only one who loves leveling? I am happy if i can just turn on some good music/ a movie and zone out while leveling.

@Necro: I enjoy leveling, but Y'Know, I try my best to enjoy everything. So... Yeah, it not in my top five things that I enjoy. :D

I think lvling is ok naah I'm joking lvling is a pain without boosts. Hope certain chars give more exp and gold n thee future and *hopes energy cc comes tomorrow with a lot more chars*

I don't like how long it takes either; it takes well over 20 hours to get to level 20 without boosts. I hope they release another way to get experience and gold, even if it means I wasted a lot of time doing it the slow way of fighting battles.

@Jop Quests will probably give some experience, but I would be more excited about them giving gold, because just getting to 100k gold w/o boosts is nearly impossible.Even with my 4 boosts, 100k still seems like a lot, but still obtainable.

I agree! I understand Nulgath wants Oversoul to be a lot like his zone in AQWorlds, where we have to work hard to get what we want, but honestly it a bit ridiculous that x-boosts became too much of a main focus while free players are more of a liability with no x-boosts! Any other AE game has no problem with grinding. Well... Except ED's rewards system. But lets not start that again! Even though Oversoul is becoming like ED in more ways than not, at lest Oversoul has fixed damage going for it. Any other AE game is usually a matter of luck with wild damage taking hold.

 Thanks, and it might be easier in the pit only time I ever trained there was when I was trying to get FC.

I use solace because if I have to re-log from the game freezing it only takes like 5 seconds to get back to battling.

If you sacrifice your free time for a week, you still can lvl a character from 1 to 20 in a week.
And how many characters you want to level all that way anyway?

The gold is more of a problem (I think even with boost), but hopefully future Treasure Chests will be found in easier areas than Nightmare Dungeon, or the blocker-filled Labyrinth.

PS: all my apprentices reached lvl 4 long time ago, and all my vets for fire, energy, earth and water got 10. I got bored during ice though, those stuck at 6.

Crossing fingers for energy CC next, so I can lvl an earth char in the next 2 weeks for that cc. Earth Fairy is fun, but I want something more serious, what can do something on an Earth-tourney.

@Hakunin Earth Golem is a pretty good character, and free, but Taurus is usually considered the best Earth character, with the cost of SG, so choose wisely.
EDIT: I'm ready for a release now, I'll wake up and it might not be there, but it definitely going to be there by the next hour, so I can IMMEDIATELY get into the release.
EDIT2: For some reason I still don't have Earth Fairy yet.Well, another character to farm for.

@clintonian why are you not spending your gold, at all, it seems?Because that's nearly a quarter to the cap, while every time I get to 15k, I'm like:"CC PACKS RIGHT AWAY!".
Anyways, nice job, especially considering the tiny defense it has.

@BJEBE cause every time I get enough gold for cc I spend it all and get bad cards most of the times and I don't have any boosts so I gotta save the gold lol
