Can someone explain to be the actual differences between the powers at each level? The description shows the same amount of magnitude for both levels. For example: Super Intellect lv 1 mental abilities by 40% and crit strike by 50%. at lv 5 same 40% mental abilities and 50% crit strike. the only difference is the cost

So is it wise to throw away Fame points for skill upgrades like these?

About the powers Proton Pulse and Electron pulse. (balance issue)
Well it seems to me they are counterparts.

here are the links from the wiki:
electron pulse
proton pulse

so am I correct in interpreting that electron pulse is for Evil players and proton pulse is for Good players?
Now my question is why is electron up to lvl 15 only while proton pulse is up to 20?
Is the lvl 15 electron pulse balanced to match the power of the lvl 20 proton pulse?
Or if not I want to suggest that a lvl 20 electron pulse be put in game as an evil reputation counterpart because the level 20 proton pulse requires rank 4 Good reputation, which is a hassle for Evil players.. (I cannot post this anywhere in the suggestions thread)

Anyway another on another matter.. Is there a "reporting bugs" thread here in the forums?
because there are still a lot of buttons that dont work since they changed liberty to libertysquare..
as well as some typos in game..

@hei101: the effects (but not damage or lasting time) of powers get weaker the higher the level difference between you and the power is. I can't explain exactly how they get weaker, but also if you use for example lvl 5 taser on a lvl 20, nothing will happen. If you're lvl 20 and you're using lvl 15 warrior spirit which boosts stats by 20%, it will actually only boost by 10% because of the level difference. I think lvl 19 unstable will boost a lvl 20's radiation powers by 54% instead of 60% and this is the same for all similar powers. So essentially for you, lvl 1 super intellect is great at lvl 1 but as you level up you should purchase the higher level versions.

@baba: evil players get vampire bite, which more than makes up for electron pulse not having a lvl 20 version, but anyway I'm pretty sure the pulse powers were meant to be like that as lvl 15 electron pulse is pretty powerful. They won't be making a lvl 20 version for it anyway.

How do I unlock the Path of Good/Evil badge? It says I need to make a choice in the intro.. and I don't know what that means.

 That badge is from the tutorial and can't be obtained anymore. The tutorial went rare and has never come back.

The best possible way would be to contact the Artix Entertainment Support team, or your can always try reading the Portal Help pages! if you account has been hacked, and you may not access the account visit The Account Issue section!

 Guys, This is my first time posting because I'm so frustrated with this game. I was an alpha tester and played for a while after. I quit for awhile but I'm back now.

I'm having trouble with traveling places. For instance I can't do the intro to choose good or evil and I cant travel to liberty city. The only way to get to certain places is walking. Is this supposed to happen or is something wrong. Thanks

 "libertysquare" used to be called "liberty".
They changed it a few months ago (quite recently) but they didn't fix all of the "arrows" going to the map. What I mean is that when you try to change map to "libertysquare", it automatically just goes to "liberty". When you change maps via walking and it says "Joining Liberty" that means that it still isn't fixed. It should be "Joining libertysquare". Now to go to libertysquare, just type /join libertysquare and to go to other maps, there is a globe on the bottom right of your screen which is the map, which I think most of the buttons are working..
