So the question is what those extra legendary stats are that got mentioned in the Design Notes.
I think it will be bonuses to critical hits, deflections, blocks, connect chance, etc.

This might be acceptable .... hope legendary rank's stats cap remains little and gets increased after 2-3 months or so ........ coz it may take casual level 36 players time to reach level 40.

 lol, I'm laughing at one thing.
Since the game is going down hill, they are giving us what we want.

Anyways my thoughts on level 40? Cannot be asked to play this game at the moment...

Just let this update come with a nerf in Static Grenade, as someone who enjoys 1v1 more than 2v2 this game is becoming unbearable again, just bounty after bounty after bounty after bounty etc.

Yeah, just when it seems my fight is gonna be easy, poof ! Also, so many gimpy casters in 2v2, annoying as hell when they get drained and ignored.
