With holidays around the corner , i doubt they have enough time to look at balance ( especially at this current state of it [ balance ] ) .

i want to make it as constructive as i could.

Perhaps we the players and the developers have different views and interpretations of BALANCE. Anyone can deny it but seeing current 1vs1 leaderboard occupied mostly by bounty hunters (both str and focus), even up to the top 15 can simply mean something is not right. We might asked, are all these players really experienced and knows the game very well.?? Are these players playing the game for 3-4 years?? The answer is simply NO. some of these players are just newbie but because one OP class is dominating the battlefield, they are right there on top. I have to admit that i am currently a cyber hunter and 98% of cyber hunters will agree with me that it's close to impossible to beat bounty hunters as a cyber. Focus cyber cannot compete against focus bounty hunters because smoke is superior against malfunction. Str cybers will definitely loose against a str bounty simply because bounty hunters had mark of blood while cyber hunters had nothing to gain HP. Yes cyber hunter had emp, but bounty hunters had static grenade which is way effective than Emp.

What im trying to point out is, i want to compete against bounty hunters as a cyber. But the current situation doesnt allow me to do it. Do i need to change class to BH too?? No i dont, if thats the case, why make 6 classes when only 1 is dominating the battlefield? I keep track of my battle since yesterday, (im using glass cannon/poison build) and the result is a 76% win percentage after 130 battles. Not bad considering the horrible balance. What makes me sad is that 95of the battles are against bounty hunters and guess what, my win % is a not so proud 32%. Am i that horrible?? NO. It's just quite impossible to win against them without EXTREME luck. Yes i did tried focus and the result is even worst.

obviously, the devs are letting this happen but for unknown reasons. If any experience player or even the devs can send me a video of a decent cyber hunter build that can compete against bounty hunters, i would appreciate it. But i bet there is none.

This is the biggest release I have seen I have been playing. CONGRATS to the staff. Here are my comments:

1) The new promo package is just awesome. That much gear and 10k varium is the best promo they have issued yet. Makes me feel quite uneasy about my decision to invest in the current promo...

2) I am very happy that they are finally doing something about the ranks.
I have posted many ideas in the suggestion thread about what to do with the ranks system, like gear you can obtain only via a certain rank, points to be added in our statistics or an upgradeable cheevo.
Now I am seeing lots of complaining already, even though nobody knows how this will work yet.. (not exactly anyways)

I think that only addressing the legendary rank (which is 100k wins) is unreasonable. They should start very early in the game, at Warlord rank so the curve and power difference between new and old player is smoother.
- Why cater to less than 5% of the gaming population ?
- Why not use that new system to 'hook' new players and keep all the Warlords, Commanders, Emperors and Grand Emperor playing and enjoying the game ??
- Why should a new player be discouraged by the fact that because they discovered the game later than some, they won't access some of the features for years ???

Here is my math on it: A 'regular' player doing 250 wins a weeks --> 250 wins x 52 weeks = 13 000 wins per year; 100 000 wins / 13 000 wins = 7 year

Please keep in mind that the more you had wins per week to the math, the more hours you ask a player to actually play the game. Are they 'pushing' players log in ? Is this too much ?

I am simply puzzled be this decision.

 MrBones, the Legendary Mode is for everyone who hits Level 40, not the Rank itself on your character overview. o.o They don't mean you need 100K Wins (or whatever the requirement is) to even access that Mode. I hope that clears things up for you.

And yeah, the promo is REALLY good. It's on par with Omega pre-order, and that one was limited before the Omega release. Next best deal was... Founder promo. I only buy Varium once a year, and have plenty left from last time, but this deal is too good to pass on - 4 Weapons and 2 Bots, one of each type. Best deal in a long time.

I'd say the delta promo was pretty good as well, if I recall correctly it had both the armour and mutating weps? I'm definitely getting this promo though, bots look awesome!

 Delta Knight (Armor) was separate promo, towards end of Delta. The weapons were on their own, Sword and Mutating. Nothing else.

Founder promo was Armor, Gun, Aux, Sword, and 3 Class specific weapons (no Mutating at the time). Up-to-date, Founder promo has been the best promo in the game's history.

If i get the package do i get all the weapons with full stats? like do i have to waste varium just to get it maxed up?

 They are upgraded to the max level, always, so you end up paying 100 Credits to upgrade it to your level. So if you're Level 30, and buy the promo, you just pay 100 Credits for the upgrade and 100 Credits until the max level (whatever the cap is at the time). ^^

They are unlocked to your level. Don't worry, you don't have to waste your varium to upgrade them.

I just met 'Z O Y' and I remembered something... In the past (Delta), I had that stupid thought - players who had a lot of wins and low losses would always get lucky. Now, I also called this favortism.
So, I remembered that I was really scared to attack in case that I'd get blocked or deflected. LOL!
