I mean there are four kinds of gems: sword, potion, magic, and pet,

I don't think you can choose. Based on personal experience, it is completely random

What are keys used for? I'm founder btw so i know it won't be applicable to me, I'm just curious.

Keys are used to unlocked new areas for non-founders.

 So if I were to buy founders with my account linked to FB then if I change a new phone and I log in my FB my BG account will still be founders right?

As far as what I have heard, yes, you will still use the same account on a different phone that you linked to your FB.

 If skill-using is random, does it mean
when I clear potion gems, I won't be sure I will heal myself,
it may a potion-throwing attack?
So can I give up learning some skills I don't want to use?

You will learn every skill no matter what. There is no way around it. Don't worry though. Healing potions, in my game anyway, seem to be more common than attack potions. I am basing this on the fact I have never died because I got the wrong kind of potion.

 @Chazero : I have multiple times for that one reason died as I was getting throw Molotov !

EDIT:I finished the Mystic Moors and which monster in the moors yields the best gold because I have not got 2 items worth 6500 and 7000 approximately.It should be easy to finish as well as gold yielding ?

Try beating Fluffy again and again at Deathly Hollow (Quest #87). Around 200 gold each time and it's only 1 Attack

 Does re-battle really just give us more golds?
So I can't gain any leveling up and any experience to make us stronger?
This is a game we just need to follow the quests line and our level is unchangable?

 If re-battling allowed us to Level Up, then the persistent Player would just keep re-battling the very first fight and reach Level 50 there itself.

The rest of the game would then remain just a cinch for him.

Gold allows us to buy more items which randomly boost our stats while keeping our level static. The more equipment you have, the stronger you become for your future encounters. So the gold is more necessary as compared to the game-breaking Level Up.

Also, yesthe Hero does Level Up with every stage only. So it's linear in that aspect, but fun.

Only levelling up and purchasing items increases stats.
So feel free to wear anything you like.

 Why did the eye colors on the iOS version become inconsistent after the recent update? I made my character's eyes yellow when I first got the game, but now the "yellow" selection for eyes in the character customization screen are green on her. I had to select brown eyes to make her eyes look yellow.

All the eye colors, basically, have become offset. Other examples off the top of my head include: (Format: Choice in the menu, result on female character.)
-White eyes becoming purple.
-Red eyes offers bright orange.
-Purple becoming hot pink.

 The energy got a recharge once in 10 minutes right? Do I have to open it all day long to get fully recharged, or does the recharging still going even if I close the app? Thank you.

 It happens even if you close your app and it will only take 2 and 1/2 hours to recharge to full 15 !

Got another question, If I do a quest that needs you to kill monster multiple times, and you haven't completed it, is it saved ifI close the App?

 Yes, it is saved. There appears on it a question mark icon with a progress bar under it.
