I would assume most of those are fine, as they don't drastically affect the plot. But, I am not Kyle of course, so don't take my theories as an answer :D

Though with the nature of this outsider, we may not really have a good chance to use any superweapons we make.

Okay, a few things:

Rez: Just to let you know, if you are cool with this, I will post the words Secret Action Made after each Secret Action you made. I will NOT however post the action itself. This will also apply to any defenders who make a secret action.

Chazero, Disc Lorde: Feel free to make Magiscience stuff, but any superweapons will be at the end of the game, if at all. You will need to make LOGICAL progress in the art of magiscience as well for example making prototypes of stuff first. Also, While I cannot confirm this I would expect such a alliance would be a prime target for The Ousider...

I am perfectly fine with letting them know I'm doing something yet still have no clue what it is, in fact it adds more tension to it...more fun.

Here are the proposed Secret Action Rules. Tell me if you think anything needs to be added.

You cannot affect other player character in a mental or spiritual way, nor can you do so to The Unnamed or anything sentient the Unnamed makes. The first Update is now up! Enjoy. Sorry yours is so short Legendium, I'm just not sure what I can do with farmers. I'll try and make a longer second update for you after your action since I can follow up from that.

I should have mentioned this earlier, but I was thinking that crossbows would be the kingdom-saving weapon that the original engineer invented. Also, I was thinking that my kingdom would have a small stockpile of advanced (for the time) weaponry. Would that be okay, and if so, should I post the proposed details of the stockpile here or in PMs?

I'm not against a stockpile, but you don't have access to it at first. The guy at the time was horrified at the power of the weapons he created and feared it's use in other nations, and had many destroyed and a select few (Not sure how many, up to you) hidden that only the leaders know about, which is why the crossbow is before you. It will take a act of war like a Outsider assault or a Kingdom attack before you can use it, since the key to the stock pile in held in pieces by The Master Artificers and they won't give them up unless there are serious circumstances. You can post the stockpile here, but don't go overboard, and I'll say what I allow and don't. And in the cases of really powerful stuff repairs may need to be made first.

Admittedly, I sort of screwed up on that. When I made the update I forgot about the advanced weaponry thing. If it helps make up for it, the thing the brothers are working on in secret is a prototype gun, but it won't be ready for a LONG while.

Or, if you like I can rewrite your update to accommodate. It's no big deal, but it won't be ready for a bit.
