Here is the link.

This is a short story that will consist of three chapters or less. It mainly details the long rivalry my character had with another's, one who is sadly no longer with us. The two of them have just fought a brutal battle in the middle of nowhere, and now both are on the edge of death. Working together is their sole hope for survival, and along the way, they will learn more about each other and gain a newfound respect for each other.

 So the vampire Vegalok was based on a member of these forums?

As for grammar or spelling errors, I didn't notice any.

Chapter 2 is up. It's slightly shorter than the previous one, but it introduces the antagonist. He's basically the Knight of Cerebus. Even Vegalok is utterly terrified of him.

Let that sink in. A Vampire is afraid of this guy.
