Just to add, the amount of money spent on the war will be equal. To expand my idea, if, for example a player decided to spend 5k varium on the war, which is about 30 super war items, will give you 4.5k inf. With the current system, he can do that in less than 5 minutes? With a revamped system, he should be able to do it in 2 days or more. How? Simply make a cap for the number of war items you can buy in one day, when you reach that cap, you will actually have to play the game to get more war items. Instead of spending 20k var in 5 minutes, the cap will make you spend it in 2 or 3 days. So if anyone is saying this will reduce the money spent on the game during wars, I believe not. The idea is to fragment the influence an individual can get during one day in order to create a balanced playing environement for all and reducing the impact of what an individual can do.
