^No but the classes i mentioned won't have difficulties with using Swords , rather they work great with them .

By sword i meant only sword, no other stuff. Just equip a sword alone and fight. No aux, no gun etc. Seriously... the level of understanding is just .... wow.

then why don't you just fight with just a sword or something.
Read again. I used a word to indicate that very clearly. "Just!"

If you guys are itching so much for a hard mode, then why don't you just fight with just a sword or something. Make it hard yourself. Why give all the way so much trouble to Dev's??

because beat bosses gives achievements and i believe that they should be hard to get, i have defeated even the chairman platinum without the platinum pulverizer bazzoka (it should give a great achievement) then should have some boss achievements harder to get or for keep trying get.

The problem with ED is that it the game isn't really moving forward. Weekly updates seem to have become monthly updates now, and most updates are just fillers like missions, gifts, codes etc. instead of more complete updates such as balance changes or new features such as tournaments, faction interface changes etc.

Even when the balance updates you are talking about do come, they always do the same thing, almost inexorably. There will be a new OP class, a couple of average classes and one class that is nerfed to the point of being virtually unplayable. The last ''balance update"just made tac merc OP, and for something you're claiming takes great consideration and work, it seems like it could have been done better. Also, does the balance team have a clear, coherent definition of balance? Is balance making everything so equal and constrained that there is no build creativity allowed in the game? Changes such as adding stat requirements to skills (especially to TM) seem to reflect this manifesto and I think it's a flawed way of viewing balance. I personally believe that ''balance'' is an ideal to strive for whereby there is a perfect equilibrium between freedom in build making and build power.

You hit the nail smack bang on the head! This is exactly whats wrong with epicduel.

And when you say not moving forward, you could also say they have been moving backwards in many of the changes they have made (Legendary ranks, removal of passives, removal of loses, manaless spam skills, predictable monotonous gameplay).

I would like to praise the devs for some of the good things they have also changed (removal of varium advantage!) but it seems most of the negative changes outshine these which is a real shame because I know they put in a lot of effort.

If the devs are tired of the constant complaining then they could do something about the issues players are rightfully having with the game, or at least address the issues.

The aux and gun have pretty strong and useful cores.

I would recommend getting them, if not for now then for later when these cores synergise more with future builds.

Is the aux core really useful? IMO it's only good against the rare Blood Commander user.

^ Perhaps not right now,

But I am expecting a mega change similar to the removal of passives (but not with horrible results) to perhaps change the game-play around a lot and perhaps make it.. well... enjoyable...

So yeh I have been stock piling most cores with unique effects in hope that when the game becomes fun they will be useful for niche builds :)

I've been doing the same. Nabbing promos as they come back for Credits, and suited to my build - type wise. However, since I have more than enough Credits now (thanks to Gifting), I may afford the counterpart of the ones I've got; if P, then buy E version, etc.

@ Zydrem

Balance has never been in this game period. Before Rabblefroth was here when he was here. It was always a mess in one form or another. Only difference is that the further you look back the most variety we had that most took for granted until it was too late.

To comment, the weapons are definitely worth it. I purchased both myself.
