What if the skills that were pasives dont requere energy? Well just a low amount. They might need 10 energy and increase 10 per level. That will allow some players to use builds that need a high amount of energy. Example: massacre, bunker, surgical, etc. Massacre gave health with blood lust and you could use it in a high lvl. Now a massacre build requeres a lot, massacre at lvl (320 i think) and mark of blood lvl 8 (210). Also this will change that the game is about energy control. Builds will need less energy. And I guess some skills should need a slow nerft, like giving a less % for shields. This will also give a small buff too debuff skills.
