Well, 750 HP builds are cool but, they aren't really that good. They need a buff. Like just a slight buff.
I suggest brining back agility in a different way. Like using for example 750 hp would lower defense ignore from rage by 5%. This means if someone already ignores 50% of your defense in his rage, it gets reduced by 5% so it becomes 50-5=45% defense ignore.
Also, it reduces the defense ignore that comes from critcals by 10%. Which means if someone would ignore 35% of your defense with a critical, now he can only ignore 25%.

Agility tier 2:

751-850 hp.
Reduces rage defense ignore by 4% and critical defense ignore by 8%.

Tier 3:

851 - 1,000 hp.
Reduces rage defense ignore by 2% and critical defense ignore by 5%.

Tier 4:
1001 - 1200 hp.

Reduces rage defense ignore by 0% and critical defense ignore by 2%.

Tier 5:
1201 - 1400.

Increases your opponent's rage defense ignore by 5% and critical defense ignore by 0%.

Tier 6:

1401 - 1700.

Increases your opponent's rage defense ignore by 7% and critical defense ignore by 3%.

Tier 7:

1701+

Increases your opponent's rage defense ignore by 10% and critical defense ignore by 5%.

^ actually it's a good idea but the thing is that they should bring back the - armor penalties on high hp builds

I assume this is only in reference to lvl 40? In which case:

Not supported: in essence this is just buffing tank f5 builds as that's the only build that uses base hp. It just gives players more reason to rely on bots and defense and little else. I'd also argue that due to the amount of players already using said build we can't really state that it doesn't work well.

This is not only for level 40 players.

Buffing 750 hp builds would make people use focus TM which's rarely used nowadays because it's bad. Also, 750 hp focus merc would return.

well it wouldn't make anyone do anything it would allow for the option, focus tm's are still in use just not at 750hp, mercs would return but still be in the same disadvantage as every class would have that same buff. Just trying to make sure i understand but is 750hp usability in tm and merc/more base hp focus builds the only reason for this suggestion?

Ok just making sure i understand, i think the idea has potential and even though my low lvl bm would love the buff i don't support the idea, IMO i feel like choosing a f5 build with base hp is a risk one chooses to take (especially with things like poison), however personally i feel that risk is necessary

If you have only base HP and no stat point in HP then you can be expected to be countered by certain builds.

That being said, low HP builds are countered too hard by certain builds, and honestly it has to do with the way defense/resistance works. It's been brought up before but there really should be a %-based damage reduction system implemented so that lower HP builds can stay more viable without getting killed in 2 crits and one rage.

Later I'll ask devs about this, and see what they want to do with buffing low HP builds.

EP i'd actually been thinking about that, idk if the idea is sound but i always wondered why the game doesn't start off with more hp and mp, I understand we added a 0 to all the numbers but that only really affected higher lvl matches. I'm wondering what if we allowed for more hp/mp and made def slightly weaker while buffing skills. At first this may seem like nerfing tank builds but when i say buff skills i mean all including the armors/matrixes etc. I feel like if players had more chances to use their skills it would add more of the "fun" factor back in, plus with stronger skills and less def you're still getting strong attacks people look for. AND to top it off defensive skills would be stronger it would certainly make hybrid armor much more useful for mercs. Idk exactly how much hp/mp would be needed but the idea that a player can use one to 2 skills and have nothing else is rather dull

@Altador987 what I understand is in your suggestion battles will become faster while developers are looking for ways to make battles slower so, in the end, your suggestion isn't good.

This week is supposedly the last push for content on BB so hopefully we can get back to working on ED and I can bring all this stuff up with the devs. We'll see in the near future how stuff pans out but I'm really looking forward to working more with ED itself at the moment.

@nowras idk how you got that but you misunderstood I'm not even certain how to explain my position as i'm not sure of your logic? Most of my builds rely on longer matches/strategy/tank builds, i hate short matches, i'm honestly a little confused as you came to your conclusion... the idea is to allow for more use of skills which would require in itself a substantial amount of hp/mp i dont mean severely nerfing defense but the way it works right now is onesided for certain classes. Also... i understand if you don't agree with my idea, stating "it isn't good" is a matter of personal opinion (yours) which you're certainly entitled to but it's rude (also debatable and in this case inaccurate based upon your misunderstanding)
