hello everyone, is the fire rain on npcs a bug or intentionally added on them?

I don't see why it would be a bug. NPCs are affected by all balance changes too. If an NPC had the BM version of Plasma Rain before, now they have Fire Rain. Simple as that. Except most of the time they have the TM version.
