In the quest Captains Orders, I clearly defeated Drakath, however, after he was defeated it said I had still lost ( still the same words/conversation between my character and Drakath. Im confused, I still had a full bar of health and half mana, was on a base class, and only lost one of my guests. What did I do wrong? Or is this the only option in the quest?

Yeah you are suppose to be defeated so even if you kill him the game acts like you were defeated.

Drakath actually has the same mechanic as chaosweaver's soul aegis where damage is halved until it becomes 0 (so you can't die from direct attacks) but can still die to DOT effects.
