Disclaimer This guide is written for following purposes: Finding skill rotation for maximum DPS Finding the best enchantment for each rotations tested This guide isn’t meant to show MR as solo class so we will ignore survivability This also not meant to show MR as farming class if you are above lv 50 (Scarlet S) or Binder History I have lv 34 with Master Ranger as my only farming skill. Scarlet S is so far at lv50 so I will settle with this. After using 6 Mark I’m impressed by the DoT. This afternoon I check Shiminuki’s guide on that since he is a veteran in AQW community and to my surprise in his guide it is simply Mark then Boom. Just 1 Mark, no Scorch. So I start gathering data Gathering data Enchantment Thief, Wizard, Luck Why Thief? Shiminuki recommend either Luck for most of non-mage class due to its critical multiplier. But MR Scorch is based of Weapon damage so I will try it. . Initial test early research doesn’t look promising. Sure the AA dmg is higher but %crit dmg drop from not using luck at all hurt DPS. The same goes for full Wizard. Then I try Luck. Full Luck exceed both side damage in all sector, even in AA. So I try to modify just 1 cape to Fighter. The base damage for all skill increase but not by much. Not worth the drop in crit dmg. Full Luck proven to be the to go enchantment for MR Skill Damage Also I discover damage modifier of this class is multiplied by Mark. The first use of Mark is 1 so the first one doesn’t change any damage of your skills, you need at least 2 stack to get a change in damage. Scorch initial damage only change after 4th stack of Mark. Finally after I discover how full Luck exceed the other in all damage, I conclude that MR damage scale with Attack Power 2 Death Mark Deal 20% of your AA. Can crit 3 Scorch Initial Damage = 80% AA DoT is 1.75 from that Initial Damage, which is 45% Okay this skill is weird. At various mark the initial damage might or not increase depending on your enchantment. With full Thief it took 4th Mark but with full Wizard the initial damage never change. In the initial run with mixed enchantment it only took 3. 4 Explosive Bolt 170% of Attack Power *amount of Mark 5 Vampiric Shot Doesn’t contribute much unless crit Rotations I will use 3 rotations, each tested 1) shiminuki’s 2>4 2) Full Mark: 2x6 > 354 3) middle ground: 222>3>4
