so when i finally get enough treasure potions to craft the wicked item of digital awesomeness would i be able to exchange the item of digital awesomeness for any item i want (for example a item that went rare) or is there conditions to it being able to be exchanged for

and i will be able to get the rare item i desire once i finally get my ioda due to it not breaking any of the item's rules

The desired item still needs to be in stock even if the other requirements are met in order to redeem it from IoDA system, as stated in the linked page, there is a limited quantity set aside for rare items that are released weekly so that the system isn't completely reliant on acquiring items from random purges of inactive accounts.

i see so all i can really do is hope that when i do finally get a ioda that the item i want is available
