Can someone help me to provide including a link of Info Sub and a location how to find it,
a list of 0% proc weapons that can heal HP/MP/SP based on the damage dealt with the weapons?

Twisted Star Sabre of Justice (Blue/Energy) regens HP > Golden Giftbox Rares shop

Twisted Star Sabre of Wisdom (Green/Energy) regens MP > Golden Giftbox Rares shop

Twisted Star Sabre of Balance (Yellow/Energy) regens SP > Golden Giftbox UltraRares shop

Why is Twisted Star Sabre of Balance in Golden Giftbox UltraRares shop
while Twisted Star Sabre of Justice and Twisted Star Sabre of Wisdom
are in Golden Giftbox Rares shop?

What's the difference between them since they all regen something (HP/MP/SP)?

Does it make sense or not because Twisted Star Sabre of Wisdom regens SP?

An earlier Sp Regen thread, the Magic versions of several separate Melee/Ranged Sp regen weapons are Mp regen.

As someone who posts info sub entries for GGBs, you should know that Twisted GGBs are duplicates of older ones and would think to check the Golden Giftbox encyclopedia entry for precedents set by their original versions.
As observed in the link, Balance is an Ultra while Justice and Wisdom is a Rare, the Devs will not change its GGB type for the Twisted variants to avoid being inconsistent with the originals and will not retroactively make both versions Rares since it would require a time consuming manual reimbursement of an Ultra GGB for all owners, which is a potentially enormous amount.

Just wanted to answer the question proposed at the end of the OP. No, it doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Not the only item(s) that embody this idea of what common sense should say Common = average everyday stuff, Rare=more desirable features, UR =The best features. There's not really a consistency to what and why items land in what shop.

I know I just can use PCO but I would prefer to use a specific 0% proc Magic Light weapon instead.

There isn't one with light element.

Hunger, an UR GGB is a darkness weapon that toggles all 3 and also weapon type. SP regen like this for magic weapons is far rarer than melee/ranged.

I have gone on this journey before, right after the DL weapon change. Not much for options. I think staff would prefer to mostly keep SP regen on weapons out of Mages hands, but IDK.

For HP healing, based on weapon damage, the Bell Shell misc will heal HP based on weapon damage. But that means not having a misc to boost the damage. But it's an option.
