Simple question: Where can i go to get items/trinkets/weapons with the ability to regen/recover mana?

I was going to test out a build with Mana regen in the mix, but I wanted to try it with a special with more than a 5% proc rate(Blade of Awe)

Ignoring how weird that experimental build is (you rarely will run into MP issues even with a 0 WIS build if you follow the game's ideology to play smart), the Sapphirine series of Geode Weapons are so far the only items with the capacity you seek. You don't need to collect all the weapons mentioned as their On-demand Specials are the same.
