My take on the HGttG: The ultimate question is "what is the ultimate question?", which in turn also makes it the answer. The main character has the question, but no answer, and the mice have the answer but no question. The borg are a race of cybernetically enhance lifeforms that assimilate( forcefully make others borg) people into their collective being, The borg, once assimalated lose all individuality( exept the queen) and are mindless drones bent on the assimalation of all life forms in the search of perfection. They are the closest thing to pure evil in the sci fi world I have encountered. want to join us ( again I am the king so I alone truly posess individuality the queen is my puppet) Resistance is futile ( borg saying to those who resist assimalation)
