Also, Reki isn't so much hard as he is aloof.

And NightSoul remains just as mysterious as ever.

Good to see Clip and Raynar didn't die, would've sucked to see either one go, which means it would have been Clip since Raynar's a main character.

 Well, Raynar hasn't reappeared yet... Is he dead? Is he alive? Did he get buried under the rubble? Did he make it out before the explosion destroyed the lab? All these questions arise.

As for Nightsoul, she's kinda supposed to be mysterious :D I'll get to actually showing her face or something in like... Some chapter.

The rumors of Raynar's death are greatly exaggerated.

and yes, I have decided to arise from my long slumber/break from the forums JUST to post that.

as for the actual story, I am looking forward to where it goes from it. Everything is a mystery, which leaves you constently wondering what happens next, and it'll never be what you think it is in most cases. Though I'd hate to admit it to Reki here, that is a mark of a good story experience.

 Nice to see the ever enigmatic Komoto posting on my story for a change.

But don't think that just because Ultimakomoto made a post, Komoto Raynar will live! MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!

And thank you, though I'll probably really start to clear up a few mysteries in a couple of chapters.

 Sorry that it's been a while, but chapter 13 has now been posted! It's a bit short, but that's because I wanted to end the chapter like I did, and couldn't think of anything else to do in the amount of time that passed for the characters.

So NOW we have a main antagonist. Another DoomKnight, interesting. I believe he was mentioned earlier, I distinctly remember hearing the name "Pummel" somewhere.

I like Raynar's line "I think one well-placed shot can end any fight."

I'm interested to see how you portray my character though. And this Pummel is definitely suspicious, going to be looking forward to seeing him again sometime soon. And I'm surprised you made Komoto care for me. XD

Overall the story's getting a lot better and interesting, can't wait to see more. :3

 Yes, Arch. You are ALL of that. All of it. And it is nice.

Also, Komoto was surprised I made Komoto care for you. I think he'll have some interesting comments at the conclusion of this history.

@glaisaurus: From Pummel's first appearance, he was meant to be a Doom Knight. That's why the cloak, because I wanted it to be a big reveal. And that is an awesome line for Raynar. He seems to get a lot, though.

Stuff's about to go down in this story very soon. also, the name "Pummel" is going to be a LOT more fitting in the next part, more than like.
I say all this like I know what's going to happen. Which I don't. I'm just throwing random stuff out there. as the saying goes: "Plot Happens".
