Hey I forgot about this gallery entirely! (Wall of text up ahead, sorreh!) Sorry for disappearing for years, guys! School just drained the art out of me. I'm still in the same course, already in my third year, but at least now I have sort of adapted to it. I'm still not great at time management, but at least I got my creative juices flowing again! I'm no longer an AQW volunteer artist. It was really fun and the staff were very welcoming, but I had to let that go because school requirements began piling up one after the other and I knew I couldn't commit to making armor and weapon sets every week, or even every other week. So I retired. I had no idea medical school was going to be this demanding. It needed all my focus just to pass my first two years. I am thankful for Alina and Memet for understanding, and all the things they thought me! They're really great people. It was painful to let go of my passion for art, just when it was getting so much fun. It got me depressed (not clinically, thank god) for a while, but I had to. I also just disappeared from the face of the internet and left my AK and AQW modding duties hanging. I'm really sorry for that to the people concerned, especially the people who recruited me :( Now, I got over all the blues, anxieties, and denials and realized that art is integral to me, and very therapeutic. Art is luv and art is lyf. I guess I could see myself in an art career, but I am contented right now to relegate it to a hobby and my greatest "what-if". Despite how hard medical school is, I am not giving up on it. I really want to become a doctor because I am a purpose-driven individual. As much as I love helping players and characters in the games I play, I want to be a helper and healer to people in real life as well. (If it was possible to be a Warrior/Healer/Gryphonrider, then that would be even better!) Drawing and art will always have a huge role in my life. So will AE games. I am really glad to have known and played and grew up with Artix Entertainment games; their games are what inspired me many many years ago to pick up a pencil (and mouse) and draw, draw, draw. I am forever going to be one of their biggest fans! I am picking up my graphics tablet and pen again after years of it gathering dust (which is sad because I just got it when I went into an art hiatus). AE games still continue to inspire many of my drawings, and if I finish a piece that is AQW/AE-related I will make sure to post it here! --- TLDR (lol); Sorry I left you guys hanging! I am back now :) Hopefully I wouldn't need to disappear again. Now, to make this post worthwile, PREPARE FOR AN ART DUMP! (Thank goodness I still know how to format posts here! ) Weapons - My AQW Weapon Gallery (FINISHED) These are all the weapons I made while I was still an AQW volunteer artist :) Those were great times; lots of fun and learning! My dad asked me one day to see some of my drawings so I compiled this for him. I might make a compilation of all my AQW armors soon. For now, proceed with the art dump! Higher resolution I think my fave is... ALL OF THEM!!
