In that case, I highly recommend 250 Dex/Cha/Luck build.
...with that said, I'm not sure how much help I can be. Alas, there's just not that much support for rangers, even FD ones.
Ice Timekiller Crossbow is pretty amazing and well worth a Rare. With Frost Effigy pet and Frostgale Remorse misc, you get +60 bonus to Freezing the monster. If you also use a fire armor with an inbuild skill like Wicked King's Plate, you can deal some very nice damage.
Ghost Costume should return this week. Pair it with MADM Barrier if you have it on some other character (or Yata Mirror if not) and some Bun-Bannerets, and you have a solid blocking build.
There's not much point in Retro Golden Plate w/o the Retro shield. Just use Paladin armor - even without the title, it has some nice skills to play around with.
For that matter, Necromancer - both the title and the armor - are the best pick for an FD build. It has a ton of great guests, like Undead Beast with a strong Bleed or Ghost Ally with autohit, several resource regen options, and a variety of nukes.
When Snugglefest rolls around, I would suggest switching your no-drop to dark and grabbing Mother's Growth Shield for the Cha drive.
Also around February Crossover GGBs will return, and I highly recommend the Pridelord guest. It provides +18 potency to all statuses, which would very much help your status inflictions. Pair it with Spotter Drake pet, and the total potency rises to +30.
Prototype Hunter Drone guest gives you extra Harm damage.
Mogloween shop (coming this week, I think) has several Twilly guests for healing.
I see you already have Call Mogdin in your Vault. Pair it with Stun Bow and Frostgale's Remorse misc (and Umazen shield if you PCO the monster), and you have pretty high chances of stunning the monster nearly every turn. If using Neko armor, make sure to use both Burn and Bleed toggles to increase your damage; the increased damage intake is non-existent if the monster doesn't act.
For that matter, grab Queen's Crown misc. It summons Queen's Corgi which is a water variant of Mogdin except even better - it inflicts against Cha.
Goggernaut Helm provides a little extra accuracy for both yourself and your pets/guests. (also the monster, so don't use with blocking set-ups)
Necro Minion Hats have a Burn and a Bleed option. Bonus to save if used in Necro armor, bonus to damage is used in Neko. Win/win.
