Is there a misc that induces panic with your attacks? I think there were equipments that cause poison, I was wondering if there was a similar thing for panic.

Stone Goblet passively attempted at end of Player turn/ Burning Heart Amulet Player weapon/spell hits connected, from Snugglefest
Shattered Horizon Enemy hits connected, from Dragonlorn Keep I: Darker Memories

Burning Heart Amulet, which I believe is from the Snugglefest shop (the one that unlocks after helping out all 8 npcs). Despite the info sub, it was updated to work on all elements, though the panic apparently still scales with fire resistance.
