 besides typhoon, what are the meta items to get from these quests?

Sunward Defender: melee fire weapon that you can toggle to eat burn and apply a barrier plus buff your strength.

Prismatic Crescent: harm toggle for rangers and has nice art.

Whispering Flight: ranged wind oath of desires.

I'm sure there's more but only ones I can recall. You already mentioned typhon shard.

Hi. Can someone please fix the Moonbow quest? The monsters don't downscale properly.

I went to try running it with one of my alts who is level 107, and still got matched with level 150 monsters.
