When the Devil dances
On Midnight Wings
And Angels sing,
Of mournful things,
Know I'm near,
A thought away
To steal your soul
Before the break of day.
Hunger
My soul is burning within,
The hunger grows in strength,
The hunger devours my will,
The hunger destroys my soul.
I am a soul of darkness,
The hunger still grows,
I am a soul of darkness,
My mind in a endless turmoil,
I have become the hunger.
I AM the hunger,
Searching for a soul to burn,
I AM the hunger,
Trapped for an eternity within the darkness,
I AM the hunger,
never ending....never full.
Here comes the fire,
Melting away my darkness,
Here comes the fire,
Withering my courage...I hide.
Thought of The Day (My Promise)
As the days roll by,
To please you I will try.
Only if you give me a chance,
Because I'm in a trance.
A trance of joy and pain,
A trance that is like a train.
A trance that breaks on through,
A trance that makes me true to you.
This is my pledge to our peace,
I will, till I die, never give you the least.
I will give you what you want and more,
Because to my heart you opened the door.
With you I am so happy and content,
You make my heart soar to a greater extent.
Baby, I love you with all my heart and soul,
And without you I will never be whole.
You brought the light to my heart and I am thankful,
Now this, in all honesty, may sound a bit doubtful.
But please realize, that this comes straight from my heart,
I will always love you, even if everything seems tart.
