On Monster Category "Vamp" or "Were", the weapon gains +10 BTH.
Also, on Monster Category "Were", the Special becomes Fire Element.

The Lunar Vigilante is a boomerang with a special accuracy bonus against creatures of the night, vampires and werewolves!
