Is there a limit to the size of a picture you can post be cause I wan to poast a tutorial but it is about 400x3000.

I do not believe there are limits set in stone, but for bigger images like the one you are referring to, it is best to give the link to the picture instead of displaying the picture. That way, the post will load faster and whoever wants to see the picture will be able to. Do keep in mind that there are those of us on this forum whose internet connection runs on dial-up, so try to avoid slowing down their already slow connection as much as possible. ;)
