So i was wanting to post a comment in my friends art gallery but the options "post reply" and "fast reply" did not show, Whats wrong?

 You need to be an Approved Artist to post in the Gallery and any of its subforums (except for the Gallery Battle Area).

How do i become an "Approved Artist".

 You must be an Approved Artist before you are able to post in the Gallery.

Here's the link to get you started. Gallery Approval Thread

You just have to follow what it asks of you the best you can. and then the Gallery Head Mod will comment on the feedback you have given and say if you have been approved or still need work.
