Whenever I send a pm it doesn't show up in the sent folder, so I'm wondering, is this a bug or is the message I sent undelivered?

Have you checked to see if you have the box in your profile checked to always save PM to sent folder? If not you have to check it to save it.

Alternatively, you can check the box labeled "Save a copy to sent folder?" (it's right below the place you type your message) in the PM window before sending it to save a copy to your sent folder.
