Buffeted

Buffeted: -«» DEX
Thrown about by strong winds. Off-balance (reduced DEX) for a single turn.

While in effect, the monster's DEX is decreased by the displayed number. This does not show up on the monster's stats to prevent bugs, but it still takes effect.
