You don't have to click that,all you have to do and need is an image,then use the link that ana gave then copy the Direct links.Now use the tag [img]*link here*[/img].
*the bolded part that what you type in the box below the PGD button.*
Read the Detailed Signature Guide for more informations about signature.
The Forum Commands will also help you learn about the other tags.

Upload it to a website such as Photobucket, or any other image hosting site.

Then, go into your profile, and put [img] [/img] on both ends of the url where your pic is saved. Also, the dimensions of the photo have to be 500x100 pixels.
Here is an example. [img]www.blahblahblah.com [/img ] (without the space)

If you make to make an image into a signature there are about 8 steps

1.) Make sure the image is 500 pixels by 100 pixels
2.) Go to one of the image-uploading sites that anyone has provided links to.
3.) Click the Browse button to upload the image, and find the image.
4.) Press the upload button after you have your image chosen.
5.) Copy the "Direct Link", and go to your profile on these forums.
6.) In the signature section of your profile, type this code with your link in it. 
[image]your link here[/image]

7.) Press the "apply" button at the bottom of the page, then press the "OK" button next to it.
8.) Now you have a signature! You can show it by pressing the box that has "Add signature" next to it at the bottom of your post.
