Credit Card Payment not Verifying

When I try and purchase Battleon Points using a Credit Card when I click the button that says, "Verify Payment" nothing happens, I tried refreshing but it just made me re-enter my information, what do I do? and since I refreshed will I be charged twice or will I not be charged for anything since it isnt verifying?

You will not be charged if its not verified.
But, it may be lag? Did you refresh your computer? (Not the Page)
If it still doesnt work, you could probably just report it as a bug.

Well, it still didn't verify so I tried a new card and irs giving me the same problem.

The IRS? You mean your TaxCollectors?
...It could just be your computer.
Did you try using a different Computer?
And also, what type of computer are you using? Windows, Mac, etc.
If your using a Mac, it might be your card.

Opps I meant it's. But, I am using Windows. But I will most likely just go and buy a game card.

Okay, so it turns out I was charged THREE TIMES, I did NOT wan't to be charged three times. Is there any way I can get a refund?

This is all it says about Credit Card Transactions and REfunds

"Duplicate Secure Credit Card (Ultimate Pay)
The numbers from your credit card or bank statement will not allow us to look them up, so you need to provide us with all of the transaction ID numbers to allow us to look up the payments and determine which one is duplicate.

Please be aware that we cannot initiate transactions from our end; we can only receive them. This is because only Secure Credit Card (Ultimate Pay) receives your payment information, we never receive your payment information. This means that we cannot bill you . We cannot charge you. We can only receive a payment from you. We never get your credit card number."

There is no information on getting a refund.

After finding the transaction ID numbers, use the link at the bottom of the page, which says " Click here to send us an email about a duplicate payment issue.". Email AE the information requested in the page, and wait for their response.

I recommend asking for the help of your parents or guardian regarding this.

Thanks, Kain. I sent AE an E-Mail about it and am awaiting a response. I have notified an adult and if I have no luck through E-Mail my parent will use the phone number on portal.battleon.com Help Center.

EDIT: Also, what should I do with the 12000 Battleon points I have, I only wanted 4000.

That is up to you. Since the problem is apparently solved, we from the forums can no longer offer any assistance, and the very purpose of this board is to ask questions related to the forums, this thread is now locked. Please use the Help Pages for problems regarding payments.
