The AQWorlds Timeline


This guide is made by a forum member named: jrobot2
Hello, and welcome to the guide to AQWorlds timelime If you need guided through the timeline of AQworlds, your in the right place! I
If you are looking for holiday event assistance, here are some guides:

    This color means a new area/seasonal event has opened
    This color is a new shop
    This color means a Chaos lord/beast fight, or a Chaos lord area has just been released.
    This color means an AC shop or Quibble.
    This colormeans the event is Unknown its not the statements above ^^

    I will have a key soon, and any suggestions are helpful. ^^__^^ Also, if you are going to suggest something, remember to add the month it is so I can add it to the correct section. Also, if you feel any additional information should be added to each part, please make sure it is nice, neat, and as simple as possible.

    2008 :

      * The time where 5,000 of us tried to log into Battleon-1 on Sir Ver... at the same time. -
      * When Swordhaven was promoted as the "Safest Town in Lore: It's walls were never breached by any living enemy" -- and we all showed up to find out it was under attack by Sepulchure and his army of the undead. -
      * Releasing all the new zones -

    		 Seeing as it's a timeline guide, maybe add the day and the month next to the event in parenthesis? Other than that, pretty good guide so far.

    Besides that, I suggest dimming down the colour here. I have to squint to see it and I find it rather unnecessary. In my opinion I'd take it out all together.

    On the ground of formatting I suggest you add 
    [hr]
    tags between the years to separate the guide.

    Definitely take what Jason has said into consideration. Adding dates is further proof that the guide is in chronological order.
    I'll leave you to work on the guide and re-evaluate at a later time.

    So far its coming on nicely. Keep it up.

    		I think the formatting and guide in general is coming on nicely, in fact, I think its brilliant. I just have one problem..
    I don't like the whole ''This Colour'' Business. I see it as rather annoying to be somewhat honest.
    I'm not telling you to remove it or anything, I just fail to see how and why its useful.

    		Its completely up to you. After all its your Guide. :)
    I mean the thing is, that almost every single release has a new area, a shop and normally something that is unique and different, so therefore you'd expect that anyway. I wouldn't necessarily see the need to bring attention to something that happens more or less every week.
    But Like I said its your choice. You decide.

    		 I agree with Laos. Instead of colors, maybe use acronym's for the rarity's. Like QUIB for Quibble, SEA means Seasonal, and so on. The color scheme was a nice idea, but doesn't help as much now that I see it more frequently. This is just a opinion, it's your guide, do what you like.

    		First, I would like to say that this is a fantastic idea for a guide. Wish I thought of it myself to be honest. Anyway, I have some suggestions that I hope you would consider. First, color coding the guide for easy use would be nice. Second, may I suggest, if possible, putting links to the DN archive of the year you are referring to? It may help to support the information you are giving :). Keep up the great work!

    		 Well, since 2011 is all finished I believe that we could start updating that section.

    Also, it seems as if you were going to add the dates next to the areas, but forgot about it.

    That - usually means something is coming after. I'll try and help you out when I get some time.

    Another little fix, scattered throughout the 08 and 09 sections, there is a o or a * before the event name. I don't know if it's a typo or if it's supposed to mean something.

    • You could try fixing that.


    In the color code section, the "This Color" is merged with the word "means". Just simply space the two words.

    2008 seems to be a little mixed up. It has beta/alpha events in the middle of 2008, and events after beta/alpha at the top. Bolded events in the quote are beta/alpha.
