I saw in the FAQ that I should pm Seahawk (I think, it was crossed out but never explained elsewhere), but is there a certain form I should fill out or should I just ask?

Simply PM him with a reason and the new name you would like. Keep in mind that you can only change your name once (unless you wish to revert to your old name, in which case you may change it again) and that you should check to make sure that no one else has the name you want yet.

Also, in the future, you may want to use the Forum Support forum for such questions in the future, since that forum is for forum-related questions, and you may get better and more complete answers there, rather than here (which is a forum for DragonFable-related questions).
