My forum box contained "61" messages instead of 60 messages. I wish I had a picture of it but I deleted it after the screenshot which isn't available anymore. Is this a glitch or do certain situation have that happen?

Members of staff groups can send PMs to people who have full inboxes; its possible that that happened in this case. We also know that the PM system isn't 100% glitch-proof - very occasionally, people get PMs that were meant for someone else, and that may also override a full inbox.
