My image thing won't work at all can someone tell me how to use it or why it isn't working

Which image thing are you referring to? If you mean your signature, this guide may help: Detailed Sig Guide
If you mean your Avatar, it looks fine to me. If you mean something else, please let me know. :)

In order to use the image tags, you must insert an acceptable URL in between the tags. "Toon..png" is not a URL. To make it one, you must first upload the image from your computer to an image sharing site like Photobucket or Twitpic.
