Analysis
Starts off as an average armour (as in, not defensive or offensive). It's a mini-Class armor: It has three free skills and scales from Power Level 70 to Power Level 90.
The normal attack and all the skills are slightly inaccurate; they take -3 BTH and deal *85/82 damage.
Wing attack is equivalent to 1.1*[Normal Attack], so it costs 21% of a standard spell.
Bite attack is equivalent to 1.2*[Normal Attack], so it costs 27% of a standard spell.
Breath attack is equivalent to a spell (2*[Average Melee Attack]). Since you are most likely using this skill against Earth monsters, the damage is multiplied by *1.337, as the monster would have decent Energy resistance.
