Image Rotators?

Is an image rotator allowed on the forums? As in, if I use an image rotator in my signatue box to randomly rotate through my signatures, am I able to do so?
How bout I give an example below:



Now refresh the page. A different image should pop up(Since it's random, it might load up the same image, so try refreshing a couple of times). Now I know these images don't fit the forum rules because I'm just setting it up as an example.
Now if it were to fit the forums rules, are we allow to use them?

they're allowed, just as long as they follow the regulations and rules

Alright thanks. I, too, thought it was allowed, but I just wanted to make sure.
