 Greetings, fellow sentients! I've been an AK for almost three years now, but I have just recently joined the ED AK team. Before moving to ED, I use to do my work primarily at the old AQ CR&A, AQ Q&A, DF CR&A, MQ Q&A, and MQ Guides. Since I am relatively new to this section of the forums, I thought that I would introduce myself.

Without further ado, here are the rules of this thread:


  • All Universal Forum Rules and ED GD Forum Rules apply.
  • If need be, it is my prerogative to answer any personal questions with ridiculous and ludicrous responses.
  • Let's go with a maximum of 20 questions per post.

Whats your favorite ED class?
My main is a Mercenary, but I prefer my Tech Mage. The Merc takes too long to kill things.
How about favorite NPC?
I don't really have a favorite, to be honest.
If you could put any AE NPC into ED, who would it be?
I would put Scakk in ED, mostly because, on the forums, he was my first AK boss.

Do you feel this board will be different than the previous ones you've AK'd? If so, how and why?
This board will certainly be different. I am not sure which ED board I will be assigned to yet, so answering this question is a bit tough. I can say, however, that I have AKed CR&A, Q&A, and Guide forums across multiple AE games, so I feel that my versatility in that regard will help me out.
Your in-game name?
My Merc is Misanthropy, while my Tech Mage is AlistairStratius.
Exile or Legion?
I find Legion more appealing. The call of evil is too enticing to ignore.
Which NPC has the best "look," in your opinion?
I haven't been able to play much lately, so I am not sure.

I see, you really are a fan of Dragon Ball(me too). :p What's the last one episode of Dragon Ball?
I'm not too sure I completely understand the question, so I'll just give my assessment. Dragon Ball was a good series. It provided some back-story to the main series, Dragonball Z, since DBZ was created before DB, I think. DBZ was probably my favorite series because of the character depth and the kind of grey area created by characters such as Vegeta. DBGT was only decent. Aside from Goku, Pan, and Vegeta, the other characters felt secondary and even tertiary in nature. DBGT did a poor job of making the viewer care for anybody else other than the main characters.

Hey, Welcome to the ED section of the forum. To be honest it was a bad time to join. Better get out your fire extinguisher because they are going to be lots of flame wars thanks to the Merge.
Well, that is exactly what I'm here for. I've had similar experiences with AKing MQ and AQW GD back in their early days when flame wars ran rampant. Thanks for the warning, though. :)

They're painful and rustic, if you must know. But notwithstanding the shackles tearing into my flesh, they're lovely.

Unlike most AKs, I don't share a cell. I live in the old AQ CR&A cell. And since Astral and blues left, I'm the only one here.
5. Want to play a game?
Sure.
6. Can I go first?
Whatever floats your boat.
7. Will you be mah friendz?

8. What lvl are you in Epic Duel?
Level 28.

I prefer Legion, although I'm not at all adverse to Doom, either.

I would say that I'm average, kind of the jack-of-all-trades in that I'm at least decent at most things, but not really excellent at anything, either.

I'm in the faction for the ArchKnights. We use to do rather well until most of us stopped playing.

1. How come your title is Super Saiyan AK when your avatar is just a regular Saiyan?
I have not yet met a situation where I have to transform to handle the spam, fortunately.
2. Why Dragonball GT?
I liked the connection DBGT tried to establish between Goku and Pan. Suffice to say, it was one of the only bright spots of DBGT.
3. What lead to the name "The Game"? It makes me think of Triple H from WWE.
I'm not really sure why I piked this name. I suppose I couldn't think of a better one at the time.
4. Whats your favorite class on epic duel and why?
I would say that my favorite class is the Mercenary. I've always preferred playing as the Warrior in RPG games, and Mercs seemed to most suit that role. The battle style of the Merc is also one that I enjoy. It's slow and meticulous, always calculating.
5. Which weapon combo do you prefer on Epic Duel? (Example: energy primary, energy gun, and physical aux)
Currently, I am using energy primary, energy auxiliary, and physical gun.
6. Whats your favorite genre of counsel game?
I'm afraid I haven't owned any counsels, save for my old PlayStation from back in 1999.
7. In your opinion whats the most epic battle scene ever? (this includes games, anime, and movies)
My favorite battle scene is the kamehameha showdown between Gohan and Cell. Everything was set up to make it seem like Cell had the advantage going into the scene, with Gohan losing half his power trying to protect that imbecile, Vegeta, and the mental error Gohan made by not finishing off Cell when he had the chance. From a psychological stand point, that really weakened Gohan and gave Cell the edge, since Gohan could think of nothing but Goku, who would not have died if he had not allowed his pride to blind him. The story-telling was really good, with Gohan owning up to his mistake, not allowing it to consume him, and finally finishing off Cell.
8. What is your power level?
It's OVER 9000!!!
9. What's your favorite AE game?
That's a tough one. AQ seems, from a holistic point of view, to be the more complete game, but I really enjoy DF's story-telling. I'd say that it's a toss up.
10. Whats your favorite type of music?
Rock.
11. If the color for chaos is Purple then what color would order be?
No idea, but pink is clearly the color of evil.
Now for the more random questions.

12. What's your opinion on Chuck Norris?
Chuck Norris has become a platitude. I groan every time he's mentioned. Silly internet and real world meme that says nothing of consequence.
13. Which is better Chocolate or Peanut Butter?
I was never a fan of Peanut Butter, so I'll go with chocolate.
14. Favorite Cereal Box Mascot? (mine is Captain Crunch)
I don't like any of them, really. I do, however, feel for the Trix rabbit. I despise how those arrogant kids deny the rabbit cereal on the basis that Trix is for kids. That's basically saying that rabbits cannot have cereal because they're rabbits. Just an atrocious message. Kids should not have to be exposed to that ignorance, and jest is not ample justification. Not by any means is it ever.
15. If you came face to face with a bear what would you do?
I honestly wouldn't know until I encounter one.
16. Red, Green, or Blue?
Blue is clearly superior. :P
17. Do you have a theme song?
But of course. It's called "My Little Pony."
18. If you could be an element which would you be: Fire, Water, Earth, Air, Light, or Dark?
I would be fire. Fire, contrary to popular belief, is not rooted in pure and psychotic destruction. Fire, rather, is force of nature. It symbolizes will and determination, provides warmth and nurture.
19. How much is too much?
"Much" is not a quantification. If it was, we wouldn't need to use "many."
20. Are you hungry?
I could use with a bite or two.
I know I am, so if you would excuse me I think I'm gonna go grab a bite.

 I have a few questions for you:

How long have you played ED?
I've played since ED merged with AE, so not quite as long as some of the older ED players over here.
Have you had any involvement with ED aside from being an AK here?
I use to play, if that counts.
How do you feel about ED's current development progress?
I haven't played lately, but I'm not a fan of the current upgrading structure. Free-players, from what I've experienced and what I've heard from current players, are at a sizable disadvantage in relation to Varium-players. While it makes sense that paying-players should get more, it is not prudent to isolate a large portion of the fan-base. Not even this, but I seriously stopped playing after one of the holiday releases. I forget which one it was, but the only rewards was for those at the level cap, and none of the other players got anything. As a potential paying customer, I felt isolated and no longer wished to pay. Whether this is fair to the ED staff or not is not the issue, but rather players like myself feeling isolated this the underlying issue. As they say, perception far supersedes intention.

Why did Veerdin get banned so fast?
I have no idea. Banning is outside the jurisdiction of the AKs and bannings are confidential between the moderator who administered the ban and the forumite who was banned.
